Chelsea Devantez graduated this past January from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with a B.F.A. in Drama. While at NYU she studied in the Playwrights Horizons Studio, The Musical Practicum and spent one sweet "semester abroad" in Second City's Comedy Studies Program where she promptly fell in love with Chicago.

She's freakin' in love with this city and currently studies with some awesome people at iO, the Second City Conservatory and The Musical Improv Conservatory. In the past she has been in many a play/show/videothang; favorite role goes out to King Lear (yes, that King Lear) when she got to throw the contents of an Easter basket all over herself while speaking to a finger puppet. She is hoping to top that experience during Impress These Apes.

And...Mom, Jim, Sharon, Grace, Rory, Jesse…you guys are the best.
